I support the Pillar Program at the Centre for Self Awareness because it is my way of giving back and keeping something alive that helped me when I needed it. In this way I am able to say thanks and pass along the teachings of the Centre that were a lifeline during one of the most challenging times of my life. The Centre allowed me to move from a place of fear, of not knowing who I was in the world, to someone who is self aware and knows who he is. During high school, I struggled, I was the shy kid in the back who did not want to be noticed or stick out. The one with few friends. I prayed the teacher would not ask me any questions so that I would not be noticed for fear I did not have the right answer. Fast forward to now. Someone suggested we hold a 30th anniversary class reunion. I chose to pick up the ball and co-ordinate the event which was made difficult as it was held in Ontario and the class was widely scattered across Canada. In the end 41 people showed up each one thanking me for the great time and acknowledging the work I had done. The shy kid in the back was all grown up thanks to who I have become through the lessons I have learned at the Centre. I now have friends in many, many places. I call the Centre my spiritual home, knowing that it is there is a great blessing to me. I can go home any time I want and the Centre and my friends will be there. Passing on those blessings by being a member of the Pillar Program is as great a gift to me as it is to those that receive the gift by having the Centre available to them. Andreas Simic, Ontario.

I contribute to the CSA on a monthly basis in the Pillar Program even though I am not always able to attend regularily. The Centre has meant a great deal to me over the years as a support in my spiriutal growth and awareness. Our minister Gail Schultz is really a very talented and inspirational speaker who is truly devoted to making the Centre a comfortable, safe environment for spiritual exploration and growth. The Centre has been of comfort to me during difficult times and always an uplifting experience for me. It needs regular support from the community to carry on with it's mission. Carol Liggett.

It was late summer of 1994 that I began attending the Center for Self Awareness, and quickly became involved in the Course in Miracles, as well as taking the Love at the Core program, twice! Over the next few years, I was a Youth Group Leader for a brief while, and attended the Sunday Celebration almost every weeks. The learning I integrated into my life as a result of my participation with CSA programs has helped me live a much more fulfilling life, and I occasionally attend the Sunday Celebration for the positive and uplifting experience that it is for me, and to hear the inspiring messages Gail puts forth. You asked what the Centre means to me. It is a place of unconditional love, my anchor and battery charger. I come when I can and no one is keeping score. I always look forward to my 3 hrs drive to Victoria to the Center, charge my batteries and have a wonderful drive home. This is very important to me and serves as a reminder of how I am from day to day. God Bless You Gail for being part of my anchor. Your Perfect Spiritual and Divine Friend. Dianne, Port Alberni.

Its an honor to give back to a source of my profound growth over the past seven years. The Pillar Program is one way that I can express my heartfelt gratitude to CSA and Rev. Gail Schultz. I have grown to love and trust during the past 7 years of relationship with this spiritual community. Words cannot express the depth of my gratitude. Honoring CSA and the work of this powerfully influential woman enables the Centre to grow in its influence as it sends waves of love and integrity out to those who participate and all of those who's lives are touched in ripples of concentric circles.
